چکیده

The Cabinet-type ERK solar dryer is manufactured by a temperature distribution process so that the inside appliance well distributed. cabinet-type comprises several components to maintain water content, including drying oven, air blower, heat-resistant pipe, hot pump, thermostat, heat exchanger, and heater. These tools are used convert radiation into conduction or convection dried agricultural products' content relatively low. data needed show quality of tool include on received wall (Tw), absorbent plate (Tp) room (Tr). And as for other supporting environmental air/ ambient (Ta) irradiation (I) optimal usage time.
 experiment results 5.5 hours, many 23 measurements with time interval 15 minutes, obtained unchanged distribution. During time, average (Tw) was 41.26 °C, while middle 40.65 °C (Tr) 40.71 °C. Thus, in percentage between 98.52 %, 98.67 %. result indicates potential device commodities. It hoped will be an alternative system can improve commodities farmers Indonesia
